We love Filo's. We always feel like we get more than we paid for. She seems to really care if her customers are happy with their flowers. Great service! Filo texted me a picture of the arrangement, it is beautiful. Appreciate her personal touch!

I had originally ordered flowers to be delivered from another florist and they didn’t deliver. So I was rushing around trying to find someone that would even deliver flowers next day. I called at 4:30 PM today and told the lady what I wanted and she had it done And delivered to the person. I wanted the flowers to go to in 45 minutes! And she was absolutely lovely to work with! My beloved friend loves her flowers, and I love the phenomenal customer service, and the quality of the flowers that my friend received. Use these guys they’re worth it.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10 stars ⭐️ I'm from out of state, and I needed an arrangement for a funeral service. Filo's answered on the first call, they were pleasant to talk to, and they messaged me a picture of the final arrangement. The final arrangement was more than I could have asked for--it was beautiful, and it was such a perfect fit for my friend's late mom. Being from out of state, it was such a relief being able to talk to a real person and knowing what the arrangement looked like. Ordering online or over the phone always feels like such a risk. I really can't thank Filo's enough for this service and for being so wonderful. I highly, highly recommend them for floral services.

I grew up in Gibsonville but moved away - when a family member received some bad news, I called Filo’s Creations Florist rather than a nation-wide flower delivery service. They kindly walked me through the process and options. They arranged a beautiful bouquet that was a great value and delivered it the next day - I highly recommend!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter at Elon University. The woman that I spoke with on the phone was excellent, very friendly and helpful . The occasion was her birthday and she said they would put a nice arrangement together. When ordering from out of town there is always a concern on how the flowers will look. On the day of scheduled delivery I received a text with a photo of the arrangement and the flowers were fantastic. Great value for what I paid for the arrangement. I would highly recommend this florist.

My experience with Filo's was outstanding! I live in GA and needed to send something to friends in Whitsett, NC. I spoke with Andrea at Filo's, she was friendly, helpful and thorough. I LOVE that they send a pic of what they are delivering, excellent idea!! The plant was delivered the very next day and it was beautiful! Our friends were very impressed with how pretty and healthy the peace plant was. Thank you for the great customer service and beautiful plant.

I will be back here again. Exceptional quality flowers and amazing service. I walked in to get vase made with sun flowers for my wife. They finished what they were doing and started right away on it. The arrangement was beautiful and they were all friendly and polite.

My mom’s friend got her a beautiful arrangement for her citizenship ceremony from here. I haven’t been feeling good and my mom stopped by to get this beautiful arrangement for me! The prices are fantastic and the owner has such a gift at putting these together. For a speciality arrangement you do need to order before hand. Would recommend!

I can’t say enough about the incredible service and professionalism from FIlos florist. I am from out of town and I called her a few weeks ago to have this special bouquet made for my daughter’s White Coat ceremony at Elon University. The bouquet came out exactly the way I wanted it. The flowers are stunning. She even hand delivered it to the Inn at Elon. I’m so happy to give this wonderful review. Lisa Cifalino Wayne NJ
